A 1-Day Employee Guidance Course is available for employees who show potential but need to refine their role and responsibilities and bring their focus back in line with company values and strategies:
We will start with a complimentary consultation. This is an opportunity for us to put our spectacles on and learn everything we can about your company, culture, values and goals to enable us to better assist with your HR requirements.
Then we’ll head back to the office and draw up a proposal on how we can help you take care of your HR challenges.
Next, we’ll send you the proposal and discuss and finalise it with you.
Once we’re in agreement, we’ll implement processes to keep things running smoothly.
We’ll maintain open channels of communication to ensure transparency.
We’ll schedule regular meetings to ensure that the projects are in line with due dates and to check that you’re still happy with our service.
